Our approach to supervision is to offer a reflective space in which to think together about your work with your clients, to increase your awareness of the therapeutic relationship and your contribution to it, to expand your understanding of your clients’ difficulties, and to attend to ethical and professional issues.

It is often helpful to have an initial talk to determine what your are looking for from supervision and what your development needs might be. After this, you will be invited to develop a supervision contract with your supervisor, and this can be regularly reviewed and modified as appropriate to your needs.
